Jennifer Ready

Jennifer is a lady of action.  She meets with her clients, develops a plan, and implements the steps to accomplish the plan.  Her knowledge of foreclosure and short sales transactions coupled her ability to negotiate have helped her to expand her business in a challenging environment.   She is tireless; always seraching for new or old neglected loan programs that can be used to help a client accomplish a goal. Specializing in a variety of niche loan programs and leveraging industry relationships, she is able to determine quickly what will and will not work and how to get the borrower to the next step. 

The core of her business philosophy is results, ethics, and relationships.  Jennifer is very protective of her clients and wants to make sure that every client gets a great rate, is treated well, and most importantly gets the house and terms they want.    She also educates her clients so that they have the knowledge to protect themselves and their families from predatory lending.

Originally from Newport Beach, she moved to Sonoma County in 2001. She was drawn to Sonoma County due to her passion for wine and the wine country lifestyle.  She met her husband, winemaker David Ready Jr, at the local Harvest fair awards night.  

Jennifer  lives in Healdsburg with her husband and son Jack. Her hobbies include gardening, reading goreless mystery novels, combing antiques stores for vintage dinnerware and relaxing with David and Jack.  

Lending is her passion.  She loves what she does every day and the great people she gets to work with.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
