About Julie Bell

Julie Bell spent twelve years at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco as a Director and Vice President

Julie’s hands-on career experience has allowed her to build extensive experience working with government loan programs and accrediting councils.

This experience has given her an in-depth insight into government programs, like FHA and VA loans, helping borrowers close loans with programs that just can’t be beat in terms of flexible guidelines and affordability levels for both purchase and refinancing solutions.

She is knowledgeable in conventional loan programs as well and has the ability to work collectively with processing and underwriting to get loans funded.

Through many years of professional experience inspiring and motivating people in all stages to take that “next step,” Julie realizes that the most important assets is people & relationships.  

This being established, Julie lives by the philosophy: “relationships for life.”

Julie lives in Healdsburg with her husband, Charles and daughter, Sophia.
