We believe that options and control are paramount to our success.  We work with multiple large investors as well as a wide array of boutique investors.  We process, underwrite and fund the loan but we have multiple investors to choose from in terms of rate and what they will and will not allow.  Unlike many loan companies which are limited to one set of guidelines we work with over 18 sets of guidelines.  What this means to our clients is more options. The fact that we process, underwrite and fund the loan means that we control the process.
